Matcha Cookie

I am a huge fan of green tea. I have probably reach the high top level of green tea consumption in my life, and probably a bit addicted by this bitter heaven.
My boyfriend will never understand how anyone, can love super strong green tea, like me.
Thank god that my green tea is also good for me (I mean it could be worse..), as it contains many health benefits like teanin and antioxidants that purifies the body. Now, everyone doesn't like green teas. That is totally fine.
But the idea of a green tea powder like matcha, must be the most tastiest thing for a sweet lover and a tea lover.
Here's an experiment that turned out to be a favorite recipe - for both me and my boyfriend. We've made it many , many times.. It is so easy and very tasty.. Try it!

Ingredients

1 egg
0,1 liter rice flour
0,05 liter buckwheat flour
0,1 liter coconut flakes
0,1 liter sunflower seeds
2 tsp matcha tea, powder
0,1 liter coconut sugar
0,1 liter sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
some flour for forming the cookies

Preheat the oven to 175°c.
Mix everything in a food processor.
Prepare a plate on the side with some rice flour. The dough is quit sticky so you will need a bit of flour to form the cookies.
Add some flour in your hands and take a tablespoon of cookie dough in your hands and make round cookies.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
