Electric Heart Beats - flying with wonder to the next decade.

You never know what next year brings. Some people get nostalgic, others look with wonder what to come in the next decade.

I think it's important to introduce routines, rituals and promises in everyday living no matter what day it is and whatever your belief is.. Because that's how one can change the world, and one's health. That is what makes us what we are.

I promised myself something when I was a teenager, and that was to 'live my dream'. It is not, and will never be, just a walk on a rose bed, but it is what you choose it to be.
A dream changes, and we evolve, as our values. But for some reason the dream, is always guided by the biggest dream machine, the smartest and most electric organ - the heart, that always guide you the way.

And that's it. The heart will beat. And you can choose to ride with it. 

Sometimes it gets sad, broken, angry and dark. But still it will continue beating.

That is a real good damn friend.

And maybe this is why it is easy not to listen to it, because even if you ignore the heartbeats, they will still keep you pumping.

Maybe it is worth to listen to it more often, maybe we can learn how to be wondering and fulfill our dreams by thinking less with our minds and more with our heart.

What my heart says today is;
I live for bringing great ‘juice’ on this earth and people on it.

I am forever thankful for my super tribe that have found me through social media, that is active in newsletters and supporting in all kind of ways. It is very beautiful to see how we can connect with each other, when not getting stuck in the brainwash.

Whatever this text might have woken up in you or not, living in the present moment is a such a perfect thing everyday. And I wish you, and myself a super pleasant new decade, with a much happier and greener planet. Starting NOW.
