CULINARY

Lina Bou is a self-taught cook shaped by her Spanish and Swedish heritage. She works with food as a material, creating edible installations and dining formats across commissioned and site-specific contexts. Her culinary work extends her visual language into space and time.

Working as a cook since 2012 and author of The Good Food Good Mood Cookbook (2018), her approach brings together playfulness and precision, with a close attention to form, texture, and composition. Rooted in seasonality, nourishment, and local sourcing, her work unfolds through intuitive and carefully crafted culinary expressions, often accompanied by hand-drawn menus and visual elements created for each gathering.




Edible Installations


Edible compositions and sculptural works in which ingredients function as structure, surface, and gesture. Developed within collaborative and commissioned contexts, each piece is shaped by seasonality, texture, and color. Projects range from intimate objects to site-specific installations.
